1. The 24-Hour "Sandbox" Guarantee

I am highly confident in the quality of the WordPress architecture and ecosystems I build. Therefore, I offer full protection during the project initiation phase:

  • Coverage Scope: If within the first 24 hours of technical development you are unsatisfied with the code quality, UI/UX direction, or my communication, you have the right to cancel the contract.
  • 100% Refund: You will receive a full refund, no questions asked. Consequently, all repositories, staging environments, or assets created during this window will be retracted and destroyed.

2. Void Conditions (When Does It Expire?)

To maintain the integrity of our development pipeline, this 24-hour guarantee automatically becomes void and non-applicable if any of the following triggers are met:

  • Time Limit Exceeded: The development duration has passed the 24-hour mark since the project kick-off was officially approved on ClickUp.
  • Milestone Approval: You have reviewed the initial deliverables (e.g., a fully developed page) and provided written instructions to proceed to the next development phase.
  • Asset Consumption: The developed assets have been implemented, pushed to a live production environment, or duplicated to your own servers.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that external operational costs tied to third-party vendors are strictly non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Premium plugin licenses (e.g., Crocoblock, EDD, WooCommerce Extensions) purchased on behalf of the client or bound to the client's domain.
  • Server infrastructure, cloud hosting environments, or domain registration fees.
  • Enterprise Maintenance or monthly Retainer services that have passed their active billing cycle.

4. Refund Request Procedure

Executing the guarantee within the 24-hour window is a straightforward protocol:

  • Submit an official notice or flag your project ticket directly on ClickUp.
  • Once the request is validated (within the timeframe and no "proceed" instructions were given), the refund process will be initiated within 2x24 business hours via the original payment gateway (Wise, Upwork, or other designated platforms).
