To architect and deploy your WordPress ecosystem effectively, we only collect data that is strictly necessary for project execution:

Client Identifiers: Name, professional email address, and company/agency details.
Technical Credentials: WordPress Admin access, SSH/SFTP keys, server control panel logins, and third-party API keys required for integrations.
Communication Logs: Project briefs, feedback, and technical discussions logged within our ClickUp workspace.

2. Execution Flow (How We Use Your Data)

Your data acts as the input for our development pipeline. We utilize this information exclusively for:

Executing the agreed-upon development tasks on staging environments (e.g., fachremyputra.com) and live servers.
Managing project milestones and transparent communication via ClickUp.
Processing billing, invoices, and compliance through our secure payment gateways (Wise, Upwork, etc.).
Diagnosing security vulnerabilities or conducting core web vitals optimization.

3. The Vault (Data Security & Storage)

We treat your credentials with enterprise-grade security protocols. We do not sell, trade, or expose your data to unauthorized external entities.

Credential Handling: We highly recommend sharing sensitive passwords or API keys via secure, self-destructing links or encrypted password managers (like 1Password or Bitwarden) rather than plain text.
Post-Deployment Protocol: Once a project is finalized and officially handed over, we encourage clients to revoke our access. Any localized staging data will be wiped from our servers within 30 days of project completion.

4. Third-Party Infrastructure

To maintain a high-performance workflow, we integrate with trusted third-party platforms. These platforms have their own stringent privacy policies:

Project Management: ClickUp (for task tracking and communication).
Payment Processors: Wise, Upwork, or other designated freelance marketplaces.
Analytics (Cookies): We may use minimal, privacy-focused tracking (like Google Analytics or similar) solely to monitor our website's performance and UX metrics, without tracking individual user identities.

5. User Controls (Your Rights)

You maintain full root access to your personal data. At any point during or after our collaboration, you have the right to:

Request a full export of the personal data we hold about you.
Demand the immediate deletion of your server credentials and project files from our local environments.
Opt-out of any future email communications or marketing materials (if applicable).
